I think that looks ace, but no means would a guy having a stomach like that make me anymore attracted to him.  I hate that some guys feel they need it to be attractive

 at least some people understand, girls feel like they’re the only ones under pressure of having a body good enough for other people but it can swing both ways.

You literally need around 6% body fat for a defined 6-pack regardless of how strong your muscles are… and around 10% for abs like the dude pictured, as he crunching his.

I am a skinny git and my body fat is still got to be around 15%… so it’s basically unobtainable for me without a regulated diet and hours of cardio each day. Fuck that, happy as I am thanks.
